What reports do I get? +
A sales summary (gross, net, tips, refunds, and tax collected), your top-selling dishes with modifier attach rates, a peak-hours heatmap by hour and day, a payment-method breakdown (cash, card, and online), and revenue split by counter service, table tabs, and online. Refunds and tax collected come with dates and amounts for your books. Every report supports presets like today, last 7 days, and this month, plus a custom range.
Is the data live, or from yesterday? +
Live. Reports read straight from your real orders as they happen, so the moment a tab closes or a counter order is paid, it's in the totals. Pick any date range and the numbers are already there - there's no overnight processing to wait on.
Do reports show me the Stripe processing fee or tax by rate? +
Not yet - and we'd rather say so than overpromise. Reports show your gross, net, tips, refunds, and total tax collected, plus the 1% Kiu-R fee on card payments. Stripe's processing fee is deducted on Stripe's side and isn't reconciled inside these reports today, and tax is shown as a single collected total rather than broken out per rate. Both are on the roadmap.
Who can see the reports? +
Owners and managers. Reports are part of Pro and are gated to the people who run the business - your servers and cooks don't see your sales. Reports group repeat orders by an anonymous customer ID for counts only; they never expose a diner's phone number to your team.
